COVID-19 Updates from Family Care Specialists
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients. Based on the guidelines from the CDC and local and state public health departments, we want to ensure that we continue to deliver safe, quality care while limiting further spread of COVID-19 virus.

Please Call Ahead First:
If you are sick, and have symptoms you believe may be related to COVID-19 (such as fever, cough, shortness of breath), we ask that you please call our office for instructions before you walk in. If you have an emergency, please call 911.
-
Current Change in Services & Safety Precautions:
We are open and seeing patients, but as much as possible, we are trying to limit face-to-face interaction to those services that are essential. We are doing our best to accommodate your scheduling needs, either by telehealth or in-office visits.
We are taking every necessary precaution to ensure that you feel safe, without fear or uncertainty, about coming into our offices. Click here to see the list (in Spanish and English) of extra precautions we're taking to protect patients and staff.
-
Telemedicine for Urgent and Routine Care Visits:
With this service, you can have a scheduled patient visit with your provider from the comfort of your own home via a phone call or video visit. We have same day visit options and can address many health issues through telemedicine.
If you have a chronic disease or a complex health issue, like diabetes, telemedicine visits are a great way for you to routinely connect with your doctor. We anticipate telemedicine continuing after the Covid-19 crisis and these visits offer a convenient way to stay on top of your health.
-
Covid-19 Testing:
Please call our offices for Covid-19 testing options, referrals, clinical advice and testing site locations.
-
Vaccinations:
Appointments can be made at www.VaccinateLACounty.com or by calling 833-540-0473. Please note that you can go to the LA County Public Health website to get up-to-date information on vaccination eligibility and schedules for LA County residents.
