Would put a zero due to never answering their phones. It’s impossible to obtain an appointment. It seems like they don't care when you’re in medical need or having questions or concerns. If they ever answer they try to make the phone encounter quick so they can disconnect after it took us so long to wait in the queue.

Doctors appointments are hard to get.
Staff always says manager is not available! They cancelled my appointment and next available was in 2 weeks leaving me with out medication. Looking to file a formal complaint with board since no one in office takes care of this matter.

Doctor is amazing, STAFF and Office Manager (Bianca), (Karina) are rude, ill-mannered. They do not care about the health of the patients nor their concerns. Seek other medical office as long them both work here.
