SENIOR COMMUNITY SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM (SCSEP)
This program provides part-time employment and training to eligible low income persons 55 years of age or older. Seniors are enrolled into the program based on need, age, & income with priority given to those who have very little or no income and the homeless. (This is a Training Program)
The grant provides seniors a 20 hour work week at a wage no less than federal minimum.
Supportive services are available including physical exams, personal and job counseling, transportation and referral and placement.
