Employment for Seniors

SENIOR COMMUNITY SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
This program provides part-time employment and training to eligible
low income persons 55 years of age or older. Seniors are enrolled into
the program based on need, age, & income with priority given to those
who have very little or no income and the homeless.
The grant provides seniors a 20 hour work week @ a wage no less than
federal minimum.
Supportive services are available including physical exams, personal
and job counseling, transportation and referral and placement.
