A deep concern for the health and welfare of families in
need was apparent early in Ms. Vines’ medical career.
She was singled out for making the greatest contribution
in the field of health in an under-served area and was presented
the Physician Assistant Award at the end of her studies in
the Physician Assistant Program at the College of Osteopathic
Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona , California . She has
experience working in a variety of cultures all over the
Los Angeles area, with a continued focus on women, children,
men and families who may not have had access to proper medical
care in the past.
